The surviving family member installation access card provides sponsorship for NOK through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS) process. The DBIDS ID Card provides Surviving Family Members at Scott AFB access to installation approved Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (MWR) activities. These MWR facilities include:
Zeppelin’s Café and the Scott Event Center
Cardinal Creek Golf Course
Stars & Strikes Bowling Center
Arts & Crafts Center and car wash,
Scott AFB Library
Outdoor Recreation
Information, Tickets and Travel (ITT)
Common Grounds coffee shop
Scott Inn Visiting Quarters and its Rickenbacker’s Café
Nightingale Dining Facility
