Position:

Relationship Manager I

Job Summary:

 

Support a business to business organization by delivering a superior client experience through

relationship based service delivery to Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and their end clients. Broad

knowledge of the features and benefits of products and services that TD Ameritrade Institutional

offers. RIA’s are typically small business owners providing comprehensive wealth management

solutions for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients.

Training:

6 Weeks study time for the Series 7 and 63 licensing requirements

4 Weeks product and system training

2 Weeks of on the job shadow training

 

Key qualifications:

Outstanding communication and listening skills.

The ability to work independently with a high degree of quality.

Must be self-motivated and client service oriented.

 

Job Description: 

- To serve as the primary touch point for RIA through incoming and outgoing calls in a fast paced environment.

- Provide a high level of service while being able to build rapport with RIAs in addition to becoming familiar with their firm and how they operate.

- Effectively communicate features, benefits and requirements of TDA's products and services.

- Responsive to inquiries and problems in addition to being able to effectively prioritize issues, tasks and follow-up items while remaining focused.

- Effectively communicate with various operation support groups and makes use of available internal systems and resources to obtain information and resolve inquiries/issues for clients.

- Contribute towards Institutional, Departmental and Team objectives and goals; must be able to operate in a team environment.

Compensation:
