How We Can Help

The Airman and Family Readiness Center (A&FRC) assists individuals with researching and reaching their career goals. We provide employment skills training to prepare you for a job search - resume writing, interview skills, local job market information, and so much more!

We can help you learn the Metro East, State and Federal job markets, or how to find job sources elsewhere. Open to all DoD ID card holders, including DoD civilians and their family members.

Employment events held here at the A&FRC:

  • Spouse Employment Orientation
  • 10 Steps to a Federal Job
  • 5-Day Transition Assistance Program for separatees and retirees
  • Job Fairs
  • Resume Writing Workshop
  • Interviewing Techniques

We also maintain job employment information from a variety of agencies in our Discovery Center.

IMPORTANT NOTE: One-on-one resume review appointments can be made by calling 618 256-8668.
